Ramadan 2026 Program at St. Albert Masjid
With the mercy and blessings of Allah SWT, we are pleased to announce the full Ramadan 2026 program at St. Albert Masjid. This year’s schedule has been thoughtfully prepared to offer daily reminders, structured learning, and opportunities for increased worship throughout the blessed month. We invite the entire community to take part and make the most of these sacred days and nights.
Daily Fajr Reflections
Each morning after Salaat Al-Fajr, Sheikh Nasser Ibrahim will deliver a brief five-minute reflection titled “Tafseer of an Aya.” These short daily talks are designed to help us begin our day grounded in the words of the Qur’an, reflecting on a single verse and its meaning.
Asr Weekend Halaqas
On Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, the masjid will host 20-minute halaqas immediately after Salaat Al-Asr.
Fridays and Sundays:
“Know the Sahabah (RadhiAllahu Anhum) and what made them who they are” by Sheikh Nasser Ibrahim. These sessions will explore the lives and character of the Companions of the Prophet ﷺ and the qualities that shaped their legacy.
Saturdays:
“The Journey to Knowing Allah SWT” by Dr. Hasan Farag. This series will focus on strengthening our understanding of our Creator and deepening our relationship with Him.
Taraweeh and Nightly Reminders
Taraweeh prayers will be held nightly, beginning five minutes after Ishaa, led by our Qar’, Sheikh Said Abdirahman Ahmed.
Between the Taraweeh units, the community will benefit from short three- to five-minute reminders titled “Daily Hadith,”delivered by Sheikh Nasser Ibrahim after the first four raka’at. These concise reflections will offer spiritual encouragement and guidance throughout the month.
Tahajood in the Last Ten Nights
During the final ten nights of Ramadan, Tahajood prayers will be held nightly, beginning two hours before Fajr. These prayers will be led by our Qar’, Sheikh Ahmad Hassan. The last ten nights are a time of increased devotion and seeking Laylatul Qadr, and we encourage everyone to participate in these special gatherings.
Important Notes
Please note that the Masjid’s Main Floor and Gym areas are dedicated to brothers, while the Second Floor is dedicated to sisters. We ask everyone to observe these arrangements respectfully.
We ask Allah SWT to bestow His mercy and blessings upon you and your families, to accept our fasting and prayers, and to allow us to witness and benefit from this blessed month.
